I grew up in Holland, moved to Canada as a kid, and taught myself to draw. I started with anime sketches and worked my way up to photorealistic portraits by the time I was 14. No art school. No formal training. Just relentless practice and figuring out what actually works.
During the pandemic, I went all in. I quit my job as a personal trainer to draw full time. That decision nearly broke me financially, but it continuously pushed me to improve to an even higher level.
